​Michael Valverde is a former Associate Director of Field Operations at USCIS, where he led 7,500 federal employees and 1,500 contract employees across 89 offices in the United States, including Puerto Rico and Guam. He is currently establishing an immigration consulting company, True North Pathways where he can use his nearly three decades of experience and expertise to advise about getting stuck cases unstuck and how to navigate the many policy and vetting policy changes now happening.
