Drawing Play-Date: May

​The monthly free meet-up for everyone, hosted by Robyn Hepburn, where we use our imaginations, scribble, and talk nonsense.

​When drawing people, we often focus on faces and hands because they are so expressive—but what about our overlooked bottom halves? Legs and feet might not get as much attention, but they play a huge role in body language, movement, and even storytelling. Can a confident stance, a clumsy trip, or an exaggerated tiptoe convey as much as a facial expression?

​In this session, we’ll put the spotlight on legs and feet, exploring how they can add personality and humour to our drawings. To keep things lively, we'll be working fast with short timers, capturing quick gestures and experimenting with different poses. Expect a mix of observation, exaaaggeraaation, and plenty of silliness as we discover just how expressive legs and feet can be!

​​This call is suitable for all ages and drawing abilities, so do bring children and friends and pets along.
