Coform is where Solutions ICs/Leaders meet & grow and succeed. And after 25+ Solutions events across London, New York and Amsterdam, we're finally arriving in Berlin!
This invite/referral-only session will focus on diving into everything around Solutions careers & what are the options ahead of us all. This is one that's been requested a lot.
Do I have to become a manager to keep advancing? How best to secure promotions? How best to keep growing as an IC? Move from Implementation to Presales? Does what size company you're in affect your opportunities? How to build internal influence effectively? Where can I move into from solutions?
Expect an intimate space, with ICs & Leaders in Solutions sharing questions, highs, lows, mistakes and advice on how they've navigated their solutions journey to-date and what may lay ahead for them.

What is Coform?
Coform is a community of Solutions/Sales/Implementation Engineers which grew out of a shared frustration on there being no:
high-quality, intimate and enjoyable spaces to connect with other Solutioners.
space to openly share learnings, advice & challenges with from across the Solutions space.
Coform's community is what we've built as an answer. By solutioners, for solutioners, we run intimate, low-ego, open events, bringing together leading solutioners in great spaces to share around a topic. And importantly, we have a great time as all work events should be fun.
Launched in London at the beginning of 2024, we've since had 30+ events engaging over 350+ SEs from 170+ companies, from enterprises like Salesforce, Oracle, Adyen, AWS to scaleups like Vercel, OpenAI, Retool, Postman, Darktrace & many more.
You won't see us shouting loudly on Linkedin - we value meaningful connections over publicity.
