Dog Science 101: Puppy Socialization

​Join our Dog Science 101 series on Clubhouse. On Wednesday March 24th we are chatting about science behind Puppy Socialization.

​Our Guest Speaker this week is Dr. Janet Cutler, MSc, Ph.D. Janet is an animal behavior consultant and Certified Professional Dog Trainer. She has an MSc and PhD, both specializing in animal behavior and welfare, along with epidemiology. After her PhD, she did her post-doctoral research in puppy socialization. She's been working in the animal industry for 18 years; as a veterinary technician, behavior researcher, dog trainer and behavior consultant.

​The Dog Science 101 Series is a sequence of conversations with dog scientists. We will talk about basic concepts in different areas of Dog Science such as Cognition, Behavior, Nutrition, Gut Health, and more.
