Covid Safer Arts and Boardgames

Covid Safer Arts and Boardgames is an inclusive social space with airborne precautions.

Come, socialise, play games and collage in a playful and supportive space!

​​Event schedule: 

​​11:30 Test, socialising in the garden / playing on the playground while waiting for results

​​Last entry: 12:30

​​12:15 Doors open

​​13:30 Collage station and boardgames start

​16:30 End of event

Precautions

​​- Pluslife molecular NAAT tests on the door. More information at virus.sucks

​​- Unvalved FFP2+ masks indoors

​​- Ventilation indoors with CO2 below 1000

​​​During the event, we will be indoors with masks on and windows slightly open. We will monitor Co2 with Aranet4 and slightly open windows for ventilation when 1000ppm are surpassed.

​​​Self-screening for symptoms of a contagious illness. Only come if you do not have any signs of contagious illness (COVID or otherwise), that aren’t fully explained by a non-contagious health condition that you have. We would like to make this space accessible to both immuno-compromised people and people with chronic illnesses.

​​Capacity: 30 people

Venue: 58 sq m, indoors.

​​Reminder

​​During testing - there might be COVID positive people around you.

To bring

​​​During testing we will be outside for 1 1/2 hours so please bring appropriate clothes and beverages or umbrellas in case of rain. There are benches and covered area in the courtyard. If bridging this waiting period is difficult for you, then we can offer coming to your home to take the swab on the day, or if you have a Pluslife machine we can possibly watch you test over Zoom.

​​​Accessibility

The room is in the annexe so you can enter the room from the garden, no need to go into the main building.

The room is on the ground floor with a ramp.

​​​There is a wheelchair-accessible toilet with an entrance from the room.

Suggested donation: 5 pounds
