Chair Yoga session
The International Day of Yoga is a day in recognition of Yoga, that is celebrated across the world annually on June 21.
Pazcare has partnered with Shyft to host a Chair Yoga session to help build our muscle-mind connection.
What will you learn in this session?
🧘 Our chair yoga program combines low-impact exercises to improve muscle elasticity and build core strength to restore your body’s natural strength and flexibility
🧘 With deep breathing and slow movement, we will build muscle-mind connection, helping you lead a more active, balanced life, regardless of your age.
🧘 The sequence of postures in this session involves lengthening and stretching the spinal area which will help release any accumulated stress as a result of prolonged sitting hours.
🧘 These exercises are easy to do, can be done any time of the day and act as a great tool for a break-time in between tasks. These postures can be performed while sitting on any chair
