APMP Korea Meetup (June)

​At this session, we’ll explore what defines the global standard for bidding, based on APMP and Shipley guides. We’ll also share insights from Junho’s conversations with U.S.-based bidding firms. A Q&A session will follow.

In the U.S., bidding is approached more strategically, with an emphasis on “capture strategy”—building relationships with agencies even before the RFI stage to influence the RFP in their favor. Many companies even operate dedicated capture teams, focusing on relationship-building as a core activity.

We hope this session becomes a space to discuss how this differs from the Korean approach and to freely exchange experiences and insights.

이번 모임에서는 미국 APMP/쉬플리 가이드를 바탕으로 글로벌 입찰의 스탠다드가 무엇인지 살펴보고, 조준호 대표님이 미국 현지 입찰 기업들과 나눈 인사이트를 공유드릴 예정입니다. 이후에는 자유롭게 Q&A도 나눌 계획입니다.
