​This year the event is capped at 50 attendees to allow each person to delve deep into their journey of growth, challenge themselves, and emerge with a renewed sense of purpose. At the heart of this event lies our mission to encourage connection and foster transformation within our community.

​How We’ll Make It Happen:

​Both days will feature enriching content sessions led by your fellow members and thought leaders. These sessions will delve into topics designed to provoke thought, spark inspiration, and provide practical tools for personal and professional growth. ​Unlike any year previously, the two days will also be designed around group activities, hands on learning, in the moment scoping and building initiatives, and experiential leadership growth.
