Long, slow deep stretches for Flexibility. Feel the difference and see your flexibility grow, stretching before bed.
THIS WEEK'S Focus: Spine. Shoulder overhead range of motion, and hip flexors.
PROPS: Yoga mat or soft floor, blocks, straps, pillows and a wall.
CURVE BALL PROP: THIS WEEK 1) We use a sturdy stool with a stack of hard cover books to adjust the height or adjustable (office) chair (no arms) that can hold all of your weight - the height will be to mid-thigh to waist. 2) A light weight that is easy to hold onto - it can be anything.
