Introduction to Mindful Self-Compassion

We will practice and discuss exactly what this means, looks like, feels like as although it can sound easy, at times it really is not. We will have the time to reflect the  the blocks, fears and beliefs that can stop us from feeling more compassionate to ourselves and others.
