About Event
FOCUS on Flexibility: Thursday we will focus on opening Shoulders and Hips. This can help with backbends - or just reverse desk posture so you can move more freely. The hips and shoulders can be intense areas to open, and the YOGA WHEEL provides a deep stretch.
PROPS: 1) You, in your most relaxing clothes :) 2) Wall space 3) Cushions & blocks. 4) Strap. 5) YOGA WHEEL required.
