About Event

Long, slow deep stretches for Flexibility. Feel the difference and see your flexibility grow, stretching before bed.

THIS WEEK'S Focus: Deep hip stretching and some shoulders.

PROPS: Yoga mat or soft floor, blocks, straps, and pillows. We will use a WALL a lot tonight! If you have a CHAIR or stool to lean on, that will be helpful (JKB), but we won't use it extensively.
