Welcome to this week's class. Today we will be leaning on the extra support of a wall to help us depend our practice and poses. Straps and blocks are not necessary but handy to have. Please join a couple of minutes early to get set up and make sure that your recording device is angled so that I can see you and close enough to the ground that you can see me too! :)
