1. Circle opening: Co-creation of agreements for the group.
2. Self-reflection and questions for getting to know each other.
3. Free space to talk about a topic brought by participants, to share experiences or to ask for advice.
4. Circle closing: sharing insights, gratefulness, closing remarks..(5. Optional: Networking, free (without facilitation) conversations, dinner together..)
