About Event

This is a Level 2 flowing vinyasa class, that will open up your hips and shoulders. An option for Flying Pigeon and Squirrel will be offered, but is not our peak posture. Instead we will work towards mermaid King Pigeon. I'm happy to spend extra time - after class -showing what drills and exercises to do to move towards King Pigeon, if there is interest.

Only do what feels right for you, and help your body lengthen and strengthen through this practice.

I'm not sure this time will work for people, but I'm trying to work wiht an unexpected change in my weekly schedule. I miss you! I hope to see you soon!
