About Event

Usually this is a Level 2 Vinyasa Flow. This week we will be exploring Level 3 poses going towards splits, reclined splits, compass and ultimately visvamitrasana. You don't have to have a level 3 practice to join. Just show up, DO NOT push too hard in your hamstrings, and do what you can do to grow your mobility and see where these drills lead to. I have to leave right at 8, but I still love you.

Tuesdays and Friday we flow strong with creative sequences focused on a particular part of the body or posture. Float, fly, strengthen and lengthen as we move beyond the basics into more challenging postures.

​Playing and exploring what's right for you - or just fun - is always encouraged. You do you, this class is only a guide for you to tune into your body, and forget the world for an hour.
