SMS: Anti-Networking Party
What is Anti-Networking?
At Strangers Meeting Strangers (SMS), we believe real connections happen when we strip away the formalities. Anti-Networking is our newest concept—a social gathering designed to create genuine, human connections without the pressures of traditional networking.
This isn’t about exchanging business cards or giving your elevator pitch. It’s a social party.
A chance to be present, have real conversations, and get to know people as they are—no facades, no agendas. Just a room full of good vibes, great music, and authentic moments.
Event Highlights:
The Giant Podium: Every 25 minutes, one lucky guest will step up and share their thoughts with the room, creating a shared experience that brings everyone together.
Phone-Free Zone: We encourage being fully present, so phones will be tucked away to let the night flow naturally.
Mini-Film Screenings: Tucked into a cozy corner, enjoy short films throughout the evening, curated by Sabrina Ford.
DJs Kwey and Awa: Local favorites spinning tracks to keep the night fresh and easy.
Appetizers & Mocktails: Enjoy appetizers sponsored by Pimentos Jamaican Kitchen including mocktails provided by Vibez Mocktails (they are delicious!)
