This event is for anyone who wants to mark World Mental Health Day with a - zero cost - gentle, strengthening, nervous system calming yoga practice followed by a short meditation for Loving Kindness.
You know our world is full of turmoil, grief, anxiety and pain. By supporting your own mental health, you help to lift the collective emotional wellbeing of all humanity. You help to bring hope, compassion, kindness and love into the mix, starting with yourself!
