Hey, founders!

Startup Exchange Membership Program is hosting a panel on Startup Law for Entrepreneurs, which will feature Joe Berklund (Co-chair of the Emerging Companies/Venture Capital practice at Morris, Manning, & Martin, LLP) and James Schutz (who specializes in drafting and negotiating technology, IP, and software agreements at Troutman Pepper Hamilton Sanders, LLP).

They'll be talking about their experiences advising entrepreneurs from in and around Atlanta, how to navigate the startup law/IP ecosystem, and key things that founders should know before seeking legal guidance.

This is a great opportunity to network with like-minded founders based at Georgia Tech and learn more about startup law. Refreshments will be provided!
