About the speakers:

About Anuradha: Anuradha Kowtha is a catalyst, educator, and Business Liberation Strategist, who works with small businesses and organizations to liberate their essence so they can meet these uncertain times with resilience and courage. My journey working across both public and private sectors has led me to see systemic issues like hierarchy and exploitation and find ways to address systemic issues at their root cause. The thread that runs through my work is illuminating and liberating individuals and small teams from the indoctrination and cookie-cutter thinking that comes from capitalism and colonialism, so they can provide bold and innovative solutions rooted in justice to their clients.

About Eryka: Eryka is a trauma-informed coach and licensed social worker who helps other coaches and healers incorporate trauma-informed practices into their work. She is also a fierce cheerleader, a body positive and landscape photographer, and a writer.

When she's not hiking through mountains and trees or chasing after her niblings (sisters’ kids), she works on dismantling systems of oppression, and works with her clients one on one or in groups to support them in shifting their mindset from scarcity to abundance, conquering their limiting beliefs and their fears and their pernicious inner critic, understanding how money works, and educating practitioners on being trauma informed.

Note: Get in touch if you want me to give this talk to your organization or in your community. I'm happy to personalize the curriculum that supports your needs.
