Mirrors or Movers XIII - Bridging the Disconnect
Mirrors or Movers is the world's premier conference dedicated to investigating, debating and challenging the impacts of media content.
This year's conference will discover ways of ‘bridging the disconnect,’ inspired by the growing divide within societies and between people and nature, and the uprise of AI.
We will delve into a variety of topics that emerge from this theme, including how media can bridge these widening gaps and pave the way for a more cohesive future. This year's event marks the thirteenth edition of Mirrors Or Movers.
Amongst our confirmed speakers so far are:
Lucy Siegle, Writer, broadcaster & public speaker
Sam Sutaria, CEO of Waterbear Network
Matt Winning, Climate Change Comedian and Lecturer
Victoria Goodyear, Associate Professor in Pedagogy in Sport, Physical Activity and Health at the University of Birmingham
