How’s 2023 going for you?
My word for the year is foundation – to continue supporting my health, nourishing parts of myself that I have neglected, reworking things to support my neuro self in work and beyond.
As a part of this change, I think it’s time to welcome support into my business in order to grow and expand.
I’ve been needing some administrative support for some time. This year, one of my goals is to welcome a part-time assistant/course manager. I’m super excited and a bit nervous to take this step. This will help me focus on more of the work that I love, grow the business, and allow someone else to shine in their skills and talents as well.
Here’s a short description:
I’m looking for support, on average 10 hours a week. Ideally, a freelancer with a similar time zone for occasional meetings and timelines.
As a chronically ill and neurodivergent service provider, I need a team member who can be an implementer in the business. I need someone I can count on and be in conversation with. Over the past few years, I have been struggling to do all of the things and need someone who can quickly learn these tasks and take them on. In addition, we have a back log of old projects to be finished, as and when possible.
There is often some flexibility in when and how you complete the tasks. I am interested in delivering work that is high quality to my clients and community. Ideally, you are a self-starter, can figure out things without tons of guidance, and can take supportive feedback. I can easily arrange for times for sharing my processes and we can work together to document processes as well.
The pay will be between £15-£25 per hour. I’m open to a partial work-trade arrangement. Applicants need to get in touch by February 14, 2023 and then we will short list candidates for next steps.
