Normally this class will be at 7:15am, but we are starting later until the time change in Europe catches up. 8:15am Pacific / 11:15 Eastern.
This is a Level 2 flowing vinyasa class, that will open up your hips and shoulders.
Only do what feels right for you, and help your body lengthen and strengthen through this practice.
PROPS: 2 BLOCKS. Wall space might be desired for any inversions.
