No crazy backbends required, unless you want to.
This is a Level 2 flowing vinyasa class, that will open up your hips and shoulders. You could do this as an athletic "anti-desk posture" class.
What is great about working on this at home is that YOU can decide your privacy, your effort and depth of practice - do only what is right for you!
Only do what feels right for you, and help your body lengthen and strengthen through this practice.
PROPS: 2 BLOCKS. Wall space might be desired for any inversions.
