Style: Flowy, Athletic vinyasa, with lots of repeat movements so you can see your flexibility grow, and let you of your mind. You will be both challenged and supported, if you want to dial back, or dial up the intensity - your choose.

This is a Level 3 vinyasa class, that will open up your hips and shoulders. We will stop to review challenging postures, try them together, then resume.
