​Event Access Offerings

​SiQ recognizes that providing universal access can be near impossible because of conflicting access needs and logistical limitations online, but we're always working toward expanding access in the tangible ways that we can. Accessibility is an ever-evolving learning practice that we aim to keep adapting according to individual and collective needs and requests.

We want to take particular care in addressing the inaccessibility and lateral ableism often replicated in hearing, sighted and verbal-centered disabled spaces. SiQ is especially open to receiving feedback from d/Deaf, hard of hearing (HoH), no or low vision, and nonverbal community members.

• ​Access comrade will be present at the event for in-the-moment safety and support needs
