​Robert Lamm – Lawyer & Corporate Governance Expert
Bob Lamm chairs the Securities and Corporate Governance practice at Gunster. With extensive experience in senior legal roles at Pfizer, W. R. Grace, CA Technologies, and Financial Guaranty Insurance Company, he has advised companies across various industries, including healthcare, banking, and transportation.

​Bob is an independent senior advisor to the Deloitte Center for Board Effectiveness and an active member of the Society for Corporate Governance, where he has chaired the securities law committee and served on multiple other committees. His contributions to corporate governance have earned him the Society’s Bracebridge H. Young Distinguished Service Award and a Lifetime Achievement Award. Bob frequently writes and speaks on securities law and corporate governance and serves on the board of editors of The Corporate Counselor.
