About Event

This is a free workshop that will give you the tools and exercises to work on your splits so you can grow your flexibility quickly and safely.

Learn what to do, for how long and how frequently to see progress.

WHY work on splits or over splits?

1) Because many postures in yoga will demand this range of motion - develop your flexibility on your own terms so you can move with strength into these postures will ease.

2) To avoid injury. Many people strain their hamstrings working on their yoga practice. It even has a name - Yoga Butt. The pain in your butt that shows you have over-done it, and is the precursor before they snap.

3) Everything is connected. Working on your splits will make other movements easier for you - like backbends, and handstands, forearm stands, and many more.

Why haven't you gotten your splits? It's not because your body is defective, you just did not know the work you needed to do for progress.
