​It can be intimidating to talk about ourselves, our aspirations, and our accomplishments. Building a career roadmap for yourself is your opportunity to create your vision and set goals. People who can easily articulate their skills, interests, strengths, and values tend to find more career satisfaction, and feel more confident speaking to their performance. Past performance is considered an indicator of future success. Let's dig into all of it and get more confident talking about our career story!

​Wendy Saccuzzo is a career coach and counselor in private practice, with expertise in job search, interviewing, career transition, and leadership. She mostly works with underrepresented people in tech, helping them to get more. She's also led Community and Career Services at Tech Ladies and Hackbright Academy.
