About Event

Join me for an insightful session where we'll delve into the power of authenticity in both our personal and professional lives.

Why? Because being an entrepreneur and leader is undeniably challenging. Balancing numerous responsibilities to ensure timely delivery of products/services, inspiring and guiding teams through uncertainty with charisma, and navigating decisions that may jeopardize financial stability to meet escalating market demands are just a few of the daily issues we face. This weight often leads to sleepless nights and feelings of isolation. However, it doesn't have to be this way.

Through this session, Julio will share insights from his entrepreneurial journey that will embolden you to embrace your unique stories and lead with greater authenticity. Together, we'll explore how to shift this dynamic and foster healthier, more empowering environments for our teams, business co-founders, and within ourselves.

"Management is a business skill. If you want to become a better manager, read books about it, take some courses and think rigorously about it. Leadership, on the other hand, is a human skill. To become a better leader, you need to be determined to be a better human, primarily by hanging out with other good humans." -Mark Moore

Key themes from this talk:

  • Mastering the art of making difficult decisions

  • Overcoming biased perceptions of leadership

  • How to build resilience into your organizational culture

  • Managing expectations around cofounder relationships

As well as, delving into…
Moments from Julio’s journey where making the final call on difficult decisions led to the erosion of trust, and how, paradoxically, in those instances, he learned its better to embrace authenticity to nurture deeper connections and tap into a team's growth potential.
