3:30 - 4:00 | Building a Common Use Case
Step-by-step walkthrough of a simple AI agent (e.g. a chatbot, classifier, or risk flagger)
Ensure everyone has a working example to build upon or draw inspiration from
4:00 - 4:30 | Idea Pitching
Participants brainstorm and pitch their project ideas in small groups or to the entire room
Encourage creativity and alignment with the hackathon theme
Teams form around the most promising or interesting ideas
4:30 - 5:30 | Building & Prototyping
Teams work on their agents with hands-on support from mentors
Teams are encouraged to focus on creating a functional prototype or proof of concept
5:30 - 6:00 | Final Pitches & Wrap-Up
Teams present their prototypes and get live feedback
