Free Yoga for All: Join Us for the New Year!
After completing my yoga teacher training in India these past two summers, I observed that the daily practice of yoga was having a profound impact on my body, mind, and spirit.
I returned to the US with a vision to bring yoga, as I had learned it from my Rishikesh-based teachers, to those of us living in the western hemisphere--specifically, in a way that is authentic to its roots as well as accessible and affordable.

Here at Angstrom Alpha, we believe everyone should be able to access and afford yoga and physical therapy for their health, harmony, and happiness. The well-being of the collective is our priority.
These sessions are free and open to all. However, if you have the intention to give, any donations will be contributed in part to my charity of choice.

A little bit about me:
I completed my doctorate in physical therapy at Columbia University, and it was during graduate school that I first started practicing yoga seriously. Back then, becoming a teacher was a pipe dream. But with practice, I started to notice how the two disciplines complemented one another, bridging eastern wisdom with western pragmatism.
Let's continue our yoga practice this month with energizing ashtanga/vinyasa flow in the mornings and restorative/hatha flow in the evenings.
