About Event

If you are tight and stiff from sitting all day or working out, cycling and running marathons or just age. This class is for you. Every class we will focus on either hips, hamstrings, shoulders or back to strengthen and lengthen. Don't worry, we will stretch the other body parts too! Whether you are new to yoga or not, you are at the right place, there are modifications for everyone. Come to class early so that you can get set up, there is a password to get in and make sure that I can see you to make adjustments. You will be nice and relaxed and ready for bed when we are down.
