Tuesday Pose Exploration: Vinyasa

1/31/24: Funky 1 leg crow - AGAIN - but this time I will add more challenging progressions and variations. 75 minute class. Have a WALL close & 2 blocks.
This is a more vigorous practice, where more challenging postures will be offered, but you are never obligated to try it. YOU DO YOU, BOO. :)
This is a Level 2-3 flowing vinyasa class, that will open up your hips and shoulders.
What is great about working on this at home is that YOU can decide your privacy, your effort and depth of practice - do only what is right for you, and allow your body to strengthen and lengthen.
PROPS: 2 BLOCKS. Wall space might be desired for any inversions.
