Yoga in the Park, Sunny Sundays

​Come meet your neighbors, move, and smell the sunshine with your community.

​Use the address 958 MarVista, Pasadena, CA 91104 - In McDonald Park, Bungalow Heaven. Wait at the north most picnic table on Mar Vista with a visible yoga mat, and we will get you, if you don't see the group.

​This will be an athletic practice, so come prepared to sweat, smile, and roll with whatever happens. This class will challenge you to build strength and flexibility.

​All levels class - so add on if you want to make it harder (ie half moons each extended side angle or Warrior 2), or take out what doesn't feel right (side plank / crow pose might not be for you). It's your practice, and nothing would make me happier than to see you playing / doing something different that’s right for you.
