About Event

Let's talk rotator cuff. The cuff is comprised of three plus one muscles that often get weak from under utilization and shortened or tight from lack of range of motion. This mat based class aims help stretch and strengthen your shoulders and build functional fitness in the shoulder area. For this class, you will need a bolster or rolled up towel, blocks or books, and a strap or tie.
