About the speaker:
Malyn Molina is a seasoned communications professional with over two decades of experience, including 15 years in senior leadership roles. She has spearheaded successful campaigns across various industries, from healthcare to technology, demonstrating her versatility and deep expertise in corporate reputation, brand management, public affairs, government relations, and crisis management.
Currently, Malyn is the President and Chief Operating Officer of EON, a leading integrated communications firm in the Philippines. Under her leadership, EON has been recognized as the Philippines PR Agency of the Year and Southeast Asia Consultancy of the Year, celebrated for its commitment to truth-telling, meaningful change, and strategic stakeholder relations. Her previous role as Chief Operations Officer at Edelman Vietnam further solidified her ability to manage complex communication strategies for highly regulated industries.
Malyn's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science from the University of the Philippines and a Senior Executives Program at the Asian Institute of Management. She is an active member of the Management Association of the Philippines, the International Federation of Business & Professional Women, and DIWATA - Women in Minerals Development. Her achievements were recognized when she was named a finalist for Campaign Asia-Pacific’s Women Leading Change Awards, highlighting her dedication to empowering women in leadership roles.
