About Event

Special longer class where we will utilize relatively shorter holds and a greater variety of postures. The class will help you build flexibility to do Revolved Crescent Lunge binds as well as splits. Some additional time will be spent on shoulders, so you can leave class feeling free and limber in your entire body.
