Hello to the AppWorks Mafia and founders in Malaysia!

We’re incredibly excited to announce that one of AppWorks’ most popular events — the Strategy Workshop, which has sold out every time in Taiwan — is finally coming to Kuala Lumpur!

This workshop ranks among the top three most sought-after events in AppWorks history. It will be led by Yo Kuo, founder of MilkShop (AW#6), a challenger brand that has disrupted Taiwan’s dairy market. In one of the most competitive, commoditized, and capital-intensive industries, Yu and his team have built a company with over USD 30 million in annual revenue — all from scratch, with no prior resources or industry background. It’s a remarkable underdog story of grit and tenacity.

This is a full-day, highly interactive workshop where Yo will share — with complete transparency — his core frameworks and firsthand lessons as a CEO. Topics will span across branding, marketing, business strategy, operations, and building lasting moats.
