About Event

Long, slow deep stretches for Flexibility. Feel the difference and see your flexibility grow, stretching before bed.

THIS WEEK'S Focus: SPINE. Shoulder overhead range of motion, and hip flexors. These two areas can feel intense if you are new to this style of stretching because we are natural protective of our hearts.. and our groin :). We will be going deeper this week, so if you are newer to this style stretching - you might want to catch us Monday.

PROPS: Yoga mat or soft floor, blocks, straps, pillows and a wall.
