6.9.23: King Pigeon.

A fast and to the point backbend vinyasa flow class that lasts exactly an hour.

The goal of this class series is to practice backbend mobility with friends for support, and to make progress in a FUN flowy way. Backbends can be hard. The goal is to work the mobility work into our life - with friends :).​

No crazy backbends required, unless you want to. Backbendy inversions will be cued, but YOU DO YOU, BOO. :)

​PROPS: 2 BLOCKS. SET YOUR MAT UP NEAR A WALL. We will be going back and forth to the wall and you will not have time to move it.

​This is a Level 2 flowing vinyasa class, that will open up your hips and shoulders. You could do this as an athletic "anti-desk posture" class. At least a year of yoga experience is expected.

​What is great about working on this at home is that YOU can decide your privacy, your effort and depth of practice - do only what is right for you!
