Level 2 Vinyasa Flow / Power class.

We flow, then we go. A quick :45 class to start your day.

We will be revising a previous hip mobility flow. I teach my first in person class in Atlanta afterwards! Come help me practice, and get a nice workout in the process :)

We flow strong with creative sequences focused on a particular part of the body or posture. Float, fly, strengthen and lengthen as we move beyond the basics into more challenging postures. Expect poses like Half Moon and arm balances and inversions.

Ladder style flows with lots of breath to movement.

​Playing and exploring what's right for you - or just fun - is always encouraged. You do you, this class is only a guide for you to tune into your body, and forget the world for an hour.
