The challenge is that the coaching industry is unregulated, with cowboys charging £25 for a coaching qualification and mentors calling themselves a coach.
We get it, the industry can be messy, noisy and confusing!
That is why we want to open the doors to our private Educators Coaching Academy training so that you can experience what a world class coaching program is all about.
The ECA Live Show helps educators understand the power of coaching in a dynamic live event to boost their motivation, take new action steps and gain clarity on the coaching industry.
Since 2019, we have trained 100’s of teachers, educators, tutors and youth workers in coaching and spreading ripple effects across the world from Cuba to China.
We are now proud to be accredited as a Level 1 training provider with the International Coaching Federation (the gold standard in coach training).
