• ​Our typical pace has historically been about 6:00/km - not a complete beginner's pace, but also not a fast pace, which allows for some good games chats!

• ​7 AM: Meeting point & runners introductions!

• ​7:10 AM: Run along the Thames, headed due west to Big Ben and we'll cross the river to run along the north bank until the Millennium Bridge (≈ 30 mins)

• ​7:40 AM: head back, shower, conference day!
