About Event

An athletic more vigorous practice, where more challenging postures will be offered, but do not need to be taken. YOU DO YOU, BOO. :)

​​This is a Level 2-3 flowing vinyasa class, that will open up your hips and shoulders.

​​What is great about working on this at home is that YOU can decide your privacy, your effort and depth of practice - do only what is right for you, and allow your body to strengthen and lengthen.

​​PROPS: 2 BLOCKS. Wall space is usually used for inversions to warm the shoulders.
