Web3 Bridges: Connecting Serbia and the Nordics
with Magnus Jones (Nordic Blockchain Association)
Description:
Moonstruck, ICT Hub, and Excellent3 Supercluster are proud to invite you to a special evening event exploring the intersection of Web3 innovation, public policy, and international collaboration, with a spotlight on the Nordic and Serbian ecosystems. This event is supported by SwissContact.
Our guest, Magnus Jones, is a renowned international expert with over a decade of experience in blockchain, tax law, and government strategy. He served as Nordic Blockchain & Innovation Lead at EY, and today holds advisory and board roles with institutions including the Nordic Blockchain Association, INTERPOL, UN, and the Global Blockchain Business Council. He has worked with startups, DAOs, and governments alike, and helped build both the first government crypto taskforce and the first tax authority office in the Metaverse.
In Belgrade, Magnus will share exclusive market insights from his work across the Nordic region, including adoption trends, standout companies, and how institutions are approaching Web3. His talk will offer a rare behind-the-scenes look at how innovation and regulation are evolving in parallel, and what Serbia can learn from the Nordic approach.
Of particular interest to our institutional guests, he’ll present how he co-created the world’s first government-led crypto taskforce and built the first Metaverse office for a tax authority, offering a unique behind-the-scenes look at how public institutions in Norway are embracing Web3.
This event will be moderated by Nemanja Petrović (Moonstruck).
