βJoin us for a half-day mindfulness gathering designed to bring together community members and Tzu Chi volunteers for a day of inner reflection, compassion cultivation, and peaceful connection.
βWith the theme βHarvesting Peace: Gratitude in Action,β this event offers a nurturing space to pause, recharge, and deepen our mindfulness and spiritual practice. Through guided meditation, reflective exercises, and shared silence, we honor the power of gratitude and its role in planting seeds of peaceβboth within ourselves and throughout the world.

βThis event is open to all individuals 16 years and older, whether you're new to mindfulness or returning to deepen your practice.
βπ§Ί What to bring:
βComfortable clothing suitable for meditation and light movement
(A vest will be provided. Please dress respectfully, as the event is held in a Buddhist compound.)βClosed-toe shoes
βA reusable water bottle
βYour own food containers, utensils, plate, and cup
βπ₯ Vegan snacks and lunch will be provided
