Style: Flowy, Athletic vinyasa, with lots of repeat movements so you can see your flexibility grow, and let you of your mind. You will be both challenged and supported, if you want to dial back, or dial up the intensity - your choose.

9a Pacific | Noon Eastern | 75 minutes

This is a Level 2 flowing vinyasa class, that will open up your hips and shoulders.

Only do what feels right for you, and help your body lengthen and strengthen through this practice.

PROPS: 2 BLOCKS. Wall space might be desired for any inversions.
